The application is broad, and the Systec MultiPrinter can be used to Display Weighing Indicators,
producing printouts in Gross, Tare, and Net formats.
In principle, yes, provided the units are close together, and an additional hub converter is required to
share the connection cables. This flexibility allows you to reduce costs by sharing a single printer across
multiple units. However, ideally, one printer is used for one balance or instrument.
By default, we provide a one-year Warranty upon receipt of the unit, but we can provide a longer
warranty, subject to conditions and mutual agreement. Please consult us to determine your needs.
For minor damage, our technical team can provide on-site service. However, if the unit is severely
damaged (completely dead), our team can pick it up at the location or send it to our HO. In urgent
situations, you can also coordinate with our team to request a backup unit if needed during the service
process.
